BB'S, STUDIO QUARTERS and HOTELS

 

Bed and Breakfast Options23 Park Place, 23 Park Ave. N., Hohenwald. 931-796-3247.  Spacious with 2 bedrooms, the second story studio quarters is located in historic downtown Hohenwald.  Modern conveniences for your home away from home during your stay. MEMBER

Camp Wonder Wander Creativity Retreat Center, 599 Gaither Hinson Rd., Waynesboro, TN 38485 931-321-3520.  Located on the edge of Lewis county approximately 20 minutes drive to downtown Hohenwald, as well as numerous entrances to Natchez Trace Parkway, this nature immersion retreat features the Lemon Lodge, which sleeps up to 14 people, on the edge of a 5 acre homestead style property with donkeys, vegetable garden. fruit trees, art installations/murals and more experiences including Forest Therapy and Naturalist guided walks. Ask about their Kayak rental and shuttle service or their campground "On The Buffalo".  MEMBER

Embassy Inn, 235 E. Main St., Hohenwald 931-796-1500.  Located on Main street in downtown Hohenwald, Embassy Inn features 23 rooms, each with at-door parking for your convenience. 

Fall Hollow Restaurant,  Bed and Breakfast and Campground, 1329 Columbia Hwy., Hohenwald 931-796-1480.   RV hookups include electric, water and dump station.  Camping with bath house with hot showers.  2 motel style rooms with two double beds each.  Room rent includes breakfast.  MEMBER

Meriwether's Retreat,  100 S. Park St.,  Hohenwald 931-230-3790.  Located in the heart of Hohenwald’s historic district, one block from Main Street, restaurants, shopping and museums. This BB offers two suites, each with en-suite bathroom and kitchenette, and one conference/gathering room. Cyclists are welcome year round, with treat bags for your ride, and shuttle service to the Natchez Trace Parkway upon request. All bookings include homemade breakfast, fruit, coffee/tea service, snacks, and homemade dessert.  MEMBER

Natchez Trace Wilderness Preserve, 1363 Napier Rd.,  Hohenwald 931-796-3212.  Campground and resort with cabin and campsite rentals.   MEMBER

Natchez Hills Bed and Breakfast, 906 Ridgetop Rd., Hampshire 931-285-2500.  Set in 170 acres of wooded Tennessee hills,  this unusual bed and breakfast offers the choice of three types of accommodations!  All have antiques, private baths, and air conditioning. Rates include a full breakfast served in the main house.  

Riverside Bed and Breakfast, 104 Allens Creek Rd., Hohenwald 931-796-4328.  Cedar log cabin overlooking Buffalo River. We have antiques ,etc. for sale. 9 miles from Hohenwald and 12 miles from Waynesboro off 99 Hwy. Cabin sleeps 4 comfortably but extra beds are available. Abundant continental breakfast.  MEMBER

Amber Falls Winery and Cellars, 794 Ridgetop Rd., Hampshire 931-285-0088.  A guest cottage for overnight stays has a living room with doubled sided fireplace, full kitchen, king size bed, full bath with a jacuzzi tub.  MEMBER

Meriwether Lewis Campground Milepost 385.9 Natchez Trace Parkway.  800-305-7417.  Includes a 32-site campground. Campground sites are on a first come first served basis, no reservations, no hook-ups, dump stations and showers. Pull-through and back-in sites are available. Campgrounds are typically busiest during the spring and fall, especially during holiday weekends.  The rest of the Meriwether Lewis site includes hiking trails, a section of Old Trace, exhibits and picnic areas.  MEMBER?

Natchez Trace Wilderness Preserve, 1363 Napier Rd., Hohenwald 931-796-3212.  If you visit their listing with Encore RV Resorts, use coupon VIEWS1 as shown on Facebook when completing your reservation, whether it's for an RV hookup or a cabin.  Not sure how long this discount will be available.  They also offer a discount for military.  Ask about all their options when contacting them.  MEMBER

On the Buffalo, 599 Gaither Hinson Rd., Waynesboro 931-321-3520.  Enjoy a variety of ecosystems at the On The Buffalo campground on the edge of Lewis County where you can camp, swim in the great watering hole spot on the Buffalo, and also as an exit to your joyful and peaceful kayak experience with various drop in points up river. Featuring 12 different campsites, you'll have distance from anyone else in this private space with restrictions on how many people are around each day. Camp amidst the wonderful trees, on the bluff overlooking the river, or under open skies. Offering park and ride for your Buffalo River kayak trip or rental for groups up to 8. Ask about family friendly nature immersion experiences for your visit. Please coordinate with at least 24 hours notice. Reservations can be made on the website or call Val at 931-321-3520.  MEMBER
